I’m a professional development coach and facilitator with a diverse background in tech recruiting, coding bootcamp coaching, and nonprofit leadership. Over the past decade, I've navigated various sectors—from nonprofits to tech startups—focusing on engagement, relationship-building, and social media management. As a queer woman with ADHD, I understand the challenges of fitting in and the importance of developing healthy coping skills, time management, and habits to prevent burnout.

My journey led me to found Eight Legged Moves four years ago in Denver, CO, but I take clients virtually from all over the US and have lived in over 6 large cities myself. I specialize in guiding emerging leaders in the tech space to discover their authentic selves and align their career paths with personal values. With an M.S. in Global Education and training in Corporate Sponsored Leadership Coaching, I've helped over 150 professionals achieve career advancement and leadership development.

My mission is clear: to inspire curiosity, resilience, and sincerity in leaders, empowering them to navigate the complexities of the tech world and reduce stress. By focusing on the 'why' behind career decisions or advice, and providing personalized coaching, I aim to build lasting confidence and lifelong repeatable frameworks for success for my clients.
